Scott Payne - Lead Pastor

Pastor Scott is responsible for the spiritual direction and leadership of our church. He has been the pastor of The Church at Schilling Farms since it was planted in Germantown, TN in 1990. His ministry of over 30 years has included mentoring/leading local churches, leading camps and retreats throughout the southeastern United States as well as involvement in local and foreign mission initiatives, including teaching at Kiev Christian University in Ukraine. Pastor Scott attended Samford University and received his bachelor's degree from Athens State University. He continued his education and received his Masters Degree from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctorate of Theology from Andersonville Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Scott has been active in church ministries since 1974, serving roles such as Youth Minister, Minister of Education, and Associate Pastor. Pastor Scott lives in Memphis with his wife, Billie. Their family includes son Jason and his wife Toni; daughters Amanda and Allison; and five grandchildren, Raven, Kendall, Reagan, Brock, and Carter.  scott@schillingfarms.org

 

Rob Ricks - Student Minister

Rob is responsible for the spiritual growth of our students as they grow throughout their teenage years ranging from grades 6 to 12.  He has been in the church for two years and has over 16 years of experience in student ministry.  He plans events, activities, camps, and ministry opportunities that help our students grow to be mature followers of Christ.   Rob just completed his bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and plans to pursue a masters in Biblical studies.  He enjoys playing softball, golf, and volleyball as well as coaching softball and basketball. rob@schillingfarms.org

  

Brad Harris - Elder

Brad has been a member of The Church since 2005 and oversees the Operations Team.  He was born in Pensacola, Florida into a pastor’s family.  He graduated from the University of West Florida and has since worked for Office Depot.  He is currently the District Sales Manager for Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama and is a member of Leadership Collierville.   Brad lives in the Town of Collierville with his wife, April, and their three children, McKenzie, Matthew, and Mason.  You can find Brad at the local Starbucks throughout the week and in the sound booth on Sunday mornings.

 

Keith Stubblefield - Elder

Keith has been a member of The Church since 1994 and heads up our Missions efforts. Teaching, leading worship and mission projects with all age groups are some of the ways he has been privileged to serve. Born in Clarkesville, Tennessee, Keith is a graduate from the University of Memphis and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a self-employed graphic designer and illustrator and a member of the Portrait Society of America.   Keith lives in Collierville with his wife, Kim, and their two dogs, Otis and Andy. They have three grown and married children: Kenny and his wife, Traci; Erin and her husband, Bobby; and Brittany and her husband, Justin. Keith and Kim have seven grandchildren who are the joy of their lives: Casie, Reagan, Audrey, Caleb, Luke, Sloan and Ryann.

 

Masten Worley - Elder

Masten has been a member of The Church since 2009 and coordinates and organizes our Small Groups. He was born in Springfield, Ohio. Masten attended The Ohio State University and has spent most of his career working in sales and operations leadership positions in retail organizations. He currently works as store leader for Apple in Germantown.   Masten, his wife, Angie, and two children, Olivia and Vince, live in the Town of Collierville. When he is not working you can find Masten squeezing in a round of golf between time with his family and service opportunities at the church and community.   

  

Michael Deiter - Elder

Mike has been a member of The Church since 1995 and leads the Stewardship Team. Raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, he graduated from Arkansas State University and spent most of his career working in medical device sales.  He currently facilitates pharmacy acquisitions for USA Drug. Michael can be seen teaching in various ministries throughout The Church and has chaired and served on past Deacon Bodies and Stewardship teams. He lives in the Town of Collierville with his wife, Elisa. They are joined at the church by their daughter, Alison and son-in-law, Fred. Michael and Elisa are excited about the upcoming birth of their first grandchild.
